How I work
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a contract. For buyers that's a 30–60 minute consultation (in person or over Zoom) where we map out your timeline, break down what your local market means for your search, and connect you with lenders and inspectors I trust. For sellers it's a complimentary 60-minute walkthrough of your home, where we assess its current market value, talk through which updates actually return their cost, and build a marketing plan specific to your property rather than a template.
From there: constant proactive updates, honest advice on price, and fierce negotiation on the terms that matter. I treat every client the way I'd treat family, because most of my business comes from people who were.
