How information submitted through this site is handled.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, a contact, valuation or alert request), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and message. The form also sends your IP address and browser details, which we keep with your request to guard against spam. Your request is stored securely and emailed to Jennifer Fallon to follow up with you personally.
To keep automated spam out, our forms run a background check from Cloudflare Turnstile when you use them. It looks at your browser and connection, not at what you type, and never asks you to solve a puzzle.
Saved homes
Homes and searches you save, and the homes you viewed recently, are kept in your browser on this device. They are not sent to us.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request. We do not sell your personal information.
Security records
Our servers keep a record of requests for listing pages and searches, including the IP address, browser, page and time. Heartland MLS, which supplies our listings, requires this record, and we use it to protect the listing data and to detect misuse. It is kept for about 90 days as a security and compliance record and is not used for marketing.
Cookies & analytics
This site measures its own traffic with privacy-preserving, first-party analytics. That measurement sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and stores no IP addresses or other persistent identifiers. Visits are counted with a short-lived anonymous signal that cannot identify you and resets every day. We record only aggregate information such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, approximate region, and interactions like searches or inquiry submissions. Browsers signalling Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" are not measured at all. Aggregated statistics are retained; the underlying event data is deleted on a rolling schedule.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services to operate: Heartland MLS listing data; maps from OpenFreeMap, drawn from OpenStreetMap data; hosting, security and spam protection from Cloudflare; and an email delivery service used to route your inquiry to Jennifer. These providers have their own privacy practices, and links to third-party sites are not covered by this policy.
